Colorado Hoops Academy (formerly 5280 Hoops) is a boys basketball club built for Douglas County and the Denver Metro area. Founded in 2020, we're a basketball academy first — our philosophy is more training and development over just piling on games.
CHA teams compete in the Prep Hoops Circuit, NXTPro, and iHoops — testing players against some of the best clubs in Colorado and across the country.

One of the most advanced individual training programs in Colorado. Weekly skill sessions focused on making every player better with the ball and without it.

Train the physical tools that separate good players from great ones. Elite performance sessions targeting the athleticism that elevates your game.

What We Offer
Colorado Hoops Academy is more than a basketball club, but, a basketball academy focused on the athlete, teams, and individual skill development of players. We now offer multiple programs including player development, where our players can go and work on individual skills, team basketball concepts that are applicable at the Division 1 through NAIA levels, and Elite Athletic Performance training where our players can work on their Athleticism (Vertical, Speed, Agility, etc).
